I'm Todd Burt. I am a native of Kansas With very deep roots in Washington County. Both sides of my family have resided in Washington county since the late 1800s and were involved with agricultural and livestock farming. Growing up my parents ran the Washington County Livestock sale barn and back-grounded cattle. My wife and I have been married 15 years. I am the father of three children and also have three grandchildren. I have been self-employed for many years, first in the building trades, then later in life in direct sales. I am a certified coin grader, collect antique guns, and hold a curio’s and relics license. I enjoy golfing, hunting, traveling, and people. Early in 2010 I became a licensed real estate professional and enjoy the profession immensely. I’m Greg Askren, Agent/Auctioneer.  I grew up in Jackson Co north of Circleville Ks. on a grade “A” dairy farm with stock cattle and horses.  I have been a State Trooper for 23 years, have 3 grown sons and my wife and I raise registered quarter horses.   In 1996 I attended the Missouri School of Auction. Since graduating from auction school I have been involved with many types of auctions. I have been an auctioneer for the International Law Enforcement Torch Run Conference for the past several years. I currently serve on several community commissions, including the Board of Trustees for Cloud County Community College. I’m Chris Paxton, life long resident of Kansas born and raised in Geary county my wife and I have lived in rural Douglas county for the past 25 years. I'm Lora Peters. I am thrilled to be the newest addition to Midwest Land and Home serving Republic County and surrounding areas in Kansas.  I have lived in the Republic County area most of my life and have a commitment to rural living and everything it offers.  After graduation from Bethany College, with a bachelors degree in Business, I worked for a major manufacturer of center pivot irrigation systems as their credit manager and eventually went to work for myself as a local business owner for thirteen years.  As a local girl and former business owner, I have extensive contacts throughout many counties and will be able to bring qualified buyers and sellers together. My children attend school in Republic County and my oldest is enrolled in college.  My husband and I raise Newfoundland puppies and have developed a coast-to-coast base of satisfied customers through multiple advertising and internet resources.  I’m enthusiastic about putting my skills and knowledge in business, finance, agriculture, and marketing to work for you.
